Just like magic ,players in Barcelona team play , sharing their ball , understanding their skills and socializing among the team .
Imagine people in advanced countries sharing their life and jobs just like this . They give work exactly and accurately to whoever plays it well .
Getting plausible , they perfectly know every role , therefore , quickly pass it without wasting time . Moreover , not only individuals play well , but being advanced means mature and mature minds play on big structures , rather than small ones .
So , organizations and committees also know how to pass it quickly without hesitation , with strong belief that if they pass it quickly and fairly enough , will sooner or later get it back .
This is what briefly and succinctly the Synergy concept is all about . Now I can create an easy connection between these players and disciplined society like America . And that is how Spain got the world championship cup ; and how America got top of the world work , technology and science .

Many things in our culture need to be changed as we are determined to develop our country , doing our best to prepare the future for our next generation , through hard work , education , discipline and organization .
Being anonymous is what people prefer in the Arab community , in doing charity , or giving donations . Why are they doing this ? . It comes from a religious concept that Muslims hate that feeling of doing good just for getting fame or admiration .
We want to change this approach , Because we miss a very important advantage . In announcing our good deeds in public , we inspire others to do the same , it is a mild contagion that we are in a dire need to permeate . And that is why people in advanced countries make such things in public , seeking a broadest means of broadcasting they can , like TV programs that inspire millions to participate in such activities .
This advantage is much more than anonymity that does not have any real or touchable interest .
Good deeds , donations and charity are hopes of good life and mercy among those who suffer a lot around the globe ; it is a good scent that goes through suffering and pain , mollifying and alleviating people’s fear and austerity of life . However, in Islam God recommends both hidden and public charities.
Our progress is like a wheel that some obstacles prevent it from spinning .These obstacles are the terrible meaning of grudge , hate and envy .
These meanings like viruses that eat love , and turn off the integrated power that always parallels at one momentum to make a balance and push forward .
Being selfish is not good really , because you have to think that you are the only one who lives on this planet . nevertheless , we are all connected . And if you want to live in an advanced nation , you have to make your own part as an intellectual and advanced person .
If you don’t do your job as a teacher , then,our education will be hit at one point.
And if you didn’t notice that , you have to remember that your siblings and offspring would come at a very week education and vulnerable system.
Smart people realize that every one forms a point in a successful system , and if you help other points survive , as a result , the whole system will be strong , and finally it will be the chain that circles you and your siblings and protects .
You can visualize someone is hitting himself . It is definitely the same , but the difference that it is a small example , while the nation is a big structure .
But is it a sufficient reason , for a big nation to forget that we are conclusively one thing? .
حينما نتحدث عن العدل الإجتماعي أو العدل عموماً فلابد لمن يتحدثون أن يكون لهم قواعد وآليات يحتكمون اليها في المنازعات ولقد صنعت القواعد وأنشئت من اجل إقامة العدل وفي هذا تجاوز علماء السلوكيات والإجتماع هذه القواعد العامة ليوصو بقواعد خاصة ينشؤها الفرد لتكون بمثابة دستور شخصي ملزم يذكر الشخص بقواعد الأخلاق والركائز التي يعتمد عليها ليشعر بإرتياح الضمير وقيمة أداء الواجب المناط به
وحينما نتكلم عن مصر ودورها و دستورها وما يعكر صفوها من مشكلات فنحن فعلاً نحتاج شجاعة القائد وجرأته في تحدي بعض هذه الأمراض المستوطنة كالبيروقراطية والتي للأسف ما تركت مؤسسة مجتمعية ولا حتى ثقافية في مصر إلا شبكت خيوطها حولها حتى القضاء المستنير الذي من شأنه حل القضايا وتسوية الخلافات وإرساء العدل والقيم لم يخلو من البيروقراطية المقيتة التي طالما حولت قرارات العدل والإنصاف إلي حلول عقيمة يطول إنتظارها ومع طول الإنتظار تضيع الحقوق والواجبات وينقلب الميزان إلى عبثية وهوان فهل لنا أن نحطم القواعد ونخالف الدستور من أجل أن نحارب البيروقراطية أم أن الإلتزام بالدستور و الشرعية هو أولى خطواتنا في محاربة البيروقراطية و الفساد وهل لنا أن ننظر نظرة خاطفة ونفكر لماذا نرى بلاداً كثيرة في أفريقيا يحول ضعفها وضعف المؤسسات فيها والحصول على أقل حقوقها في توزيع الموارد كنيجيريا واحدة من عمالقة البترول التي لم يستفد أهلها بأي شيء من ثرواتها لتكون لنا مثلاً شاخصاً يروي لنا كم أضاعت العشوائية والفوضى من ثروات وهذا المثل لابد أن ينبهنا أن الشرعية وسيادة القانون وقوة المؤسسات هي المبدأ الذي لابد ان تعمل من خلاله على التطوير والتحديث والسمو والإرتقاء بمؤسسات المجتمع لنبقي في أذهاننا خطاً رفيعا ليفصل بين الفوضى وقوة الإرادة اللازمة لحل المشكلات وصنع الانجازات
حين ترى صراعاً بين الرئاسة ومجلس الشعب والمحكمة الدستورية والمجلس العسكري على بعض القرارات فهذا لا يبشر بخير لأننا نتفهم قرار المجلس العسكري بالإحتفاظ بالتشريع وإثبات دور القضاء في أنها محاولة لصنع توازن بين سلطة الرئاسة والبرلمان ولأنه ليس من المفترض أن تنفرد الرئاسة بكل القرارات واذا تحدثنا عن نظام ديموقراطي فالننظر للعالم فلا يوجد أي نظام تنفرد فيه الرئاسة بجميع القرارات هنا نتفهم موقف العسكري في محاولته إرساء النظام الديموقراطي بدون عيوب وحرصه على ألا تنتج الثورة و بعد كل هذه المجهودات نظاماً معيباً وغير مكتمل وأن كنا ننتظر من الرئيس المنتخب الكثير ولكن ضمن الدستور والقوانين وإرساء العدل و من ثم القضاء على أنه سلطة من السلطات الدستورية الهامة التي تحدث التوازن وتحاسب المسئوليين أياً كان وضعهم لأنه لا يوجد أحد منزه عن المحاسبة فإضعاف القضاء أو التشكيك فيه لا يمكن أن يخدم اي طرف في مصر
إن الأحوال في مصر تحاكي كثيراً من الأوهام وتجعل لون الحقيقة باهتاً وفي اعتقادي أن أشد الأخطار التي قد تضيع مجهود المرء حينما يغرق في الأوهام . فالتعليم في مصر ليس بتعليم والصحة وبال والاعلام هزال وأريد ان أخاطب المسئول فأقول له إن كنت عاجزاً أن توفر التعليم الحقيقي فلا تحاول إقناعي به وأسوق مثالاً واضحاً من الإقتصاد العالمي وما يفترض أن يكون عليه الحال
في البلاد المتطورة لا يموت المرء بلا تعليم وهذا هو العدل الإجتماعي والقضاء على الفساد
فاليد العاملة تنقسم الى قسمين منها من يتقن الحرف ومنها من يتقن مهارات التعليم فمن يصل الى مرحلة سنية معينة فإما أن يملك المال الكافي ليحصل على التعليم الحقيقي والا فلنوفر المجهود المضني الكاذب في اللا تعليم الذي نمنحه إياه
ولنركز كل مجهودنا في دعم سبل تشغييل العامل ولنصون كرامته ولنحترم حقوقه ولنضمن له دخلاً جيداً يوفر له سبل العيش وزيادة لتدفعه الى الطموح ليملك يوماً عمله الخاص الذي قد يرفع من شأنه وهذا ما نجده في البلاد المتطورة
فالعامل هناك مصان الكرامة له كافة الحقوق والواجبات ويحصل على ما يستحق مقابل ما يقوم به من مجهود
وهو لا يشعر بالظلم إطلاقا لأنه سيكون يوماً هو من يمد يده للمتعلم بالدعم من أجل أن يواصل بحوثه العلمية وهذا حال الدنيا ومسارها الطبيعي
فنعت المجتمع لغير المتعلم أو إحتقاره هو من فاتحة أبواب الضياع وخلق الأوهام وإضاعة الفرص وهذا مفهوم العدل الاجتماعي .
فإن كنت أنا عاملاً ولم تتح لي فرص التعليم فإني أملك يداً ويدي هذه تحرك الآلات وتقود المعدات وتنحت في الصخر وتجلب الموارد وتقود الاقتصاد.
أليس هذا الحال الذي عليه دول العالم المتقدم وهذا دور الحكومات أن ترعى المصانع وأن توجه اليد العاملة وترعى الحقوق والواجبات وتوفر التعليم للقادر وليكن تعليماً حقيقياً
ولا ننسى أن العالم المتقدم يشجع التعليم بمحاسن الألقاب لأن المتعلم هو من يضحي من أجل التعليم بوقته ويترك باقي المجالات العديدة التي قد توفر له سبل الريادة والقيادة كالتجارة وطرق الحرف والمهارات .
وبهذا نحصل على صناعة حقيقية وتعليما حقيقيا وتوفيرا للمجهود وعدم إضاعة الوقت في ما لا ينفع و بهذا نبدد الأوهام
ولا ننسى أن أغنى أغنياء العالم لم يحصلوا على التعليم الجامعي وهذا لابد أن ينبع من قناعة الإنسان وواجب القائد فلكل واحد منا واجبه الذي يقوم به من أجل مجتمع عادل ومتفوق وناجح وبناء
Food habits are the security code of body that sets many of mental abilities that help you accomplish tasks and jobs in a speedy average .Yet , if you think about your body as many related elements that could go in parallel , and if you think about mind that could summon any idea and impose it to be a real fact , life will be really different .
My proof here that many people eat little and live healthy and happy life . And if you are one of those fat people who could believe in food and get body used to a lot of food that when you get hungry, feel furious . Many people don’t think about food as an absolute habit , instead they eat a lot , thinking , in this way , they should survive.
Most researches I ‘ve read recently have proved a real healthy values in fish and vegetables as very important sources of vitamins and minerals that is widely related to life span and beauty of body and skin .
Being very cheap , vegetables are greatly recommended by many researches that’d lately been world wide .So I urge my friends to think about it , and to keep vegetables everyday in one meal .
Also drinking water is so important and healthy habit . And many researches have attributed carelessness of it to some age discrepancies and changes .
So it is good to drink ,even ,if you don’t feel really thirsty .
Finally I think rationalization of some food and healthy habits is very good that presumably help you avoid several health problems in the future .
War in Syria is much complicated . Some people think that there is just one or two essential conflicting parties there . But actually it is a miniature of new world war . America and Europe have never done such an easy surrender . Yet , they will never say it publicly ,because ,this conflict has its special aspects .
America and its allies have their special way dealing with old giant countries like Russia and China . Thus , China and Russia will never give up , leaving the cake of the middle east for America and Europe to eat it alone .
Some people in the middle east ask a question why America and its allies didn’t finish this the same way as they did in Libya , but things are clearly and succinctly different .
being complicated in there is , somehow , plausible as Syria and Iran has their united defense agreement that put them both in one corner . However , being , in an exotic way , backed by giant powers like Russia and China very strongly that they might’ve exposed their interests in America and Europe to real dangers is more ambiguous aspect .
But something that we had to contemplate and regret so much that would our blood turn out to be like water in the eyes of these very strong and giant powers .
Though , what can we do and react to this knife that is cutting one of our great parts?
الأمر في سوريا معقد للغاية انه يشبه صراع بين عمالقة على كعكة صغيرة . والصراع بين أمركا وأروبا وتؤيدهم مصر والدول العربية وبالتالي الإتحاد الأوروبي وجامعة الدول العربية وحلف النيتو بالطبع وبين الصين وروسيا ومعهم إيران ونظام بشار الأسد و لا أدري هل هي مجرد مصالح أم أن إيران وسوريا كانت أذكى من النظام الدولي لتضمن دعم هذين العملاقين الدب الروسي والتنين الصيني، وما يجري الآن بعد ما خرجت علينا هيلاري كلينتون لتقول أن أمركا لن تتدخل هذا بالطبع إيذاناً لتدخل من نوع آخر وهو بداية أخرى لحرب باردة ودعم بالسلاح وربما أبعد من ذلك وهو التدخل الخفي الذي ربما تشارك فيه إسرائيل وحينما تدرك هذه اللعبة وأطراف النزاع ستعلم كم هي المسألة معقدة فقد تعتقد أن هذه مجرد حرب أهلية في سوريا ولكنها في الحقيقة صراعاً عالمياً ضحيته هؤلاء الأطفال الأبرياء وقد نستشهد بتاريخ الحرب الباردة بين أمركا وروسيا الذي إنتصرت فيه أمركا وقد لامها كبار مثقفيها وناقديها على عدم إستغلال هذه الفرصة والإجهاز على روسيا والآن تعود الحرب مرة أخرى وسترى أن أمركا عند أي خلاف مع روسيا والصين تتجنب المواجهة وتتجه الى طرق بديلة ولكن الطرق البديلة للأسف ستنتج المزيد من الضحايا ومع رسم ملامح هذا الصراع نرى نظرة المواطن العربي لصور القتل والتدمير وهو يرى إخواناً له في العقيدة واللغة والملامح ومن لم يعشق أطفال سوريا واليوم نبكي ونعي هذا النظام العالمي الفاشل وتضيق صدورنا ولا ندري ماذا نفعل من أجلك سوريا
